attachment 1 & 2 are snapshots just before and after the target motion was initiated and the completion of target motion respectively.
Please note that the Xenc is NOT as per the table that of is next to the target computer. The GUI readback gives -2.36mm, while the table suggests -1.36mm for HOME position.
Even the Xpot is significantly different.
