RIII-TS1+ had tripped (probably back on the 8% DS Al); not sure why we didn't get an alarm. Anyways, I restored it, but the RIII-TS1+ was probably off for most of the C target. But it is not a big deal for that run since we will mainly analyze the MD scaler rates and TDC inferred rates for these runs.
