Before run 16658 the HMS dipole tripped. We then had some difficulty restoring it. We restarted the eldatic, but even then, the controls failed to respond to the "Start Excitation" button, so we had to do a RS232 Restart. The controls then worked, but we lost about 45 minutes because the magnet had to be cycled to 1500 Amps before setting the field.
