    keyword=offline analysis tasks tuesday/wednesday

    There are a couple of important tasks in offline analysis that have to be tackled as soon as possible, starting right now. This list is not yet complete, further tasks will be added in comment entries. Shift workers going off shift please communicate what they've done to their successors.

    - do a good run by run job on the kinematics file. Include target number, HMS and SOS particle masses, central momenta, angles and for pi- production hbfield=-1.0. Include singles runs, write comments for junk and cosmics runs. (Nick)

    - improve on the perl scripts regarding (among others) slow control variables. Create standard kumac files and document both (Wendy, Dave)

    - for those runs in pi+/- production where charge replays have not been done yet or where it is not clear if the entire run has been charge replayed, do charge_replay. If necessary, request the log-files from the mss. (whoever is on shift and has a spare minute)

    - for pi+/- production on a run-by-run basis, write down accumulated charge, number of good e-pi coincidences (random subtraction!), number of total coincidences, singles, prescalers (longterm task, but who is free: start now!)

    - look at HMS, SOS sieve slit runs for various p_central. Look for offsets that change systematically. Use Henk's little drawing and MAKE PLOTS! (Doug, Jochen,Henk)

    - look at proton coincidence runs (Jochen, Henk)
