Dave Potterveld was interested in doing another 1-pass arc enery measurement. I tried to talk him out of it but then got scared when I saw that according to elog 31305 there was a large phase change in the south linac only 2 hours after our last enery measurement. If uncompensated, the shift would have been an appreciable fraction of 1E-3. Leigh Harwood told us not to worry since the energy locks have been on. I called the MCC and Richard confirmed that the energy lock cavity is on, has headroom, and they should get an alarm when it rails.
