I've changed the hms and sos thresholds files as we were getting many "Danger Will Robinson" messages (with negative sigma). The old ones are in hms(sos)_thresholds.dat.before030898. I've also changed the hms and sos cerenkov thresholds to zero as Bryon had them just in case he's still interested in looking at them.
