    Comments: Shift began with DAQ problems. After these were solved MCC tried to put beam into the hall, but there was a beam diffuser interlock problem. Paul Hood was called in and after several hours he could not solve the problem. Called in Meekins, Beaufait, and someone from MCC to fix problem. Problem solved near end of shift; beam permit at shift end.
