The HMS dipole screen is frozen and appears to have been that way since 10 am this morning (the clock on the screen stopped then). Q1 and Q2 PC's are also acting strange, but the fields look OK on the Hall probes. The issue with the dipole may be more serious since we seem to have no way of verifying that the field is regulating correctly
