Our shift suffered from multiple Will Robinson (i.e. inconsistent threshold) problems from ROC 3, slot 7, channel 29. Run 25005 had negative sigma errors from this channel as well as several others. We instituted the official fix procedure (copying over old thresholds), which worked for all of the channels other than 3,7,29. All runs 25005 through the end of our run have a sigma around -5 for this channel. We copied multiple old thresholds to try and fix it, but gave up eventually as nothing seemed to help and we preferred to take data without constantly stopping and starting runs.
