The runplan first page notes that the time dependence of ARC X should be less than 0.5 mm for this experiment. A shift of about that size can be observed on the screen put into the hclog entry # 14949. Look at IPM3C12 (the red one), which is near the center of the arc. This corresponds to an energy shift of about 0.4 x 10^{-4}. This same shift was observed in Paul's energy drift measurements. It apparently occurred between runs 25905 and 25906. While this level shift is OK, much more is unacceptable.
