  1. Use winscp on cpslow to copy data across to the cdaq cluster

Transfer function data in 2D mode

  • use ../fit/compilealldata_3D.pl to put a single channel vs 2D indep. variables
    • eg. ../fit/compilealldata_3D.pl TFscanHiResEntrance_Jul13_2012 output/TFscanHiResEntrance_Jul13_2012_RRPD output/TFscanHiResEntrance_Jul13_2012_RPD
  • use ../fit/TF_constant_subtract.pl to remove the pedestal
