Moller measurement summaries

Apr. 11, 2011 Regular measurement - polarization increased from the 11th, but not quite noraml. (~86%) hclog e-log summary
Apr. 8, 2011 Changed MPS to 100us. Polarization abnormally low. (~85%) The MPS change appeared to not be the cause. hclog
Apr. 6, 2011 Regular measurement. Measurement 1% better than from same spot on the 4th. hclog elog
