Agenda

Usual meeting room (L210A).

Miscellaneous

  • Nothing.

Laser

  • Schedule for laser table work (Mark and Dave).

Photon Detector

  • Photon attenuation due to copper window: Photon log 260
  • Look at backgrounds via scalers - correlate with extracted asymmetries.
    • Not yet, plan to do it along with a replay to save time (jc2).
  • Not ELOG worthy yet, but:
    • Looking at ComptonG4 without copper, lead or air in the tunnel, and found some curious things:
    • Found a few events that deposited more energy than the incident photon [1], I'm investigating, but probably a fluke.
    • I'm checking that the energy deposited is correct and looking at leakage[2]
      • I just find it curious that the smaller the energy the more energy is "lost" also investigating.

Electron detector

  • Studies including clustering trigger (now including energy cut)
  • Require "straight track" in edet (same strip hit in all 3 planes plane)
