Current Status
- Finishing the second cycle on p158 of the run plan on 40Ca. We began this target around 11pm last night, so if we continue to run, we will change targets at 2pm today (120% of planned time).
- The machine struggled with the current overnight. We took data at 35uA, and we are currently taking data at 25uA. Experts are discussing the plan for beam studies and improvements this morning.
- Beam will be taken away sometime this morning, and we can put in the single foil 12C target at that point. Ops will be working throughout the day (possibly into swing) to deliver high current to Hall C.
Current Run Plan
- Continue with run plan at p158: SHMS at 10 deg, HMS at 35 deg on 40Ca until 2pm.
Notices in Effect for Shift Crew
- HMS dipole NMR has trouble locking at this setting. Current NMR alarm is disabled.
