RC Meeting Information
RC Daily Meetings are at 11:00 (am) via Zoom and in person in the counting house meeting room (2nd floor)

- Friday 15:30 Escorted access to survey and remove cables during HMS Dipole down to close valve in LERF resposible for LHe
- 16:00 forgot to restore NPS Sweep magnet after Escorted Access. 2 hours of beam with sweep off
- 19:00 yesterday, lost Separator. No Beam. No MCC staff overnight for repairs.
- Sat 9Dec23 OWL SL cancelled
- All shifts still on for Sat Day
- 07:00 Separator repair work started. MCC estimate 2 hours

Current Issues
- On call list seems incomplete and should be addressed by the Hall: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4230495
- We need other indications of this interlock. In Hall A, we have it shut off detector HV via the alarm handler, and we have a flow rate alarm. Seems the useful PV values have not been working since 1-Sept.
- NPS PMT/Base failures are propagating into columns 9, 10, 11, 12
Planned Access to the Hall
Planned Accelerator Configuration Changes
- We will run until 07:00 Dec 15.
- Target will be warmed up and parked.
- Hall will remain in Controlled Access until 07:00 Dec 19
- Beam studies (Day Shift) Dec 19 will send beam into hall
- Hall will return to Controlled Access at 16:00 on Dec 19
Special Requests
- Plan for Moller Dec 13 or 14 (single HWP setting)
