Updates:
- Both HMS and SHMS DAQ are ready to take cosmic runs
- HMS cosmic looks good (FADC uses Hall D firmware)
- SHMS cosmic TDC and DC look good, but the replay root files don't have FADC events (Hall B firmware), could be the decoder is not set up correctly to decode Hall B firmware
- RHEL9 upgrade preparation is on-going
- Checked with Chris Cuevas: SOLID FADC will probably be available by end of November, and he should have enough SD boards for us now.
- LAD will run with 1 uA for production, and (>)5 uA for optics (SHMS+HMS)
