Open a terminal and run
% go_bpms_target
To put it up on the big screens (on the wall) first do
% go_wall (or go_wall_accel for the left-most pair of screens)
then run the following in a terminal on the big screen displays
% go_bpms_target

/home/cdaq/polhe3/production/hallc_online/util/target_bpm.py
