- Starting a new archiver
- Make sure archiver is not running. On cdaql1 - crontab -r ; ~cvxwrks/Archives/stop_archiver
- As cvxwrks on cdaql1 - mkdir /data1/EpicsArchiver/HallC2023ArchiveData
- cd ~cvxwrks/Archives
- rm ArchiveData (Its a symbolic link)
- ln -s /data1/EpicsArchiver/HallC2023ArchiveData ArchiveData
- crontab cdaql1.crontab
- Archiver should start within 10 minutes.
- Making previous archive available at https://hallcweb.jlab.org/targetlog
- Edit ~cvxwrks/public_html/index.html
- Change first item in list to say "For Hall C 2023"
- Duplicate the line below Hall C EPICS Arciver Interface
- Edit duplicated line to read: Hall C EPICS data. May 5, 2021-May 16, 2023 (HallC2021Archive) Get the dates by finding the oldest and newest files in /data1/EpicsArchiver/HallC2021ArchiveData.
- Study the URL pointed to by that line and edit it to reflect the same date range. Also make sure the "DIRECTORY" points to the full HallC2021ArchiveData path.
- Test by visiting that link and printing out a graph of "ibcm1" for the full time period.
