Azz with Q^2>1

At with beam energies of 4.4 and 6.6 GeV, I attempted to optimize the rates while keeping both spectrometers at the same Q^2 which was above 1. I also added a cut so that only Q2>1 events are considered "good."

4.4 GeV Results

<math>E_{\mathrm{beam}}=4.4\mathrm{~GeV}</math>
<math>\mathrm{HMS~}\theta_{e'}=15.180^{\circ}</math>

<math>\mathrm{HMS~}E'=3.908\mathrm{~GeV}</math>
<math>\mathrm{HMS~}Q^2=1.200\mathrm{~(GeV/}c)^2</math>

<math>\mathrm{SHMS~}\theta_{e'}=15.180^{\circ}</math>

<math>\mathrm{SHMS~}E'=3.908\mathrm{~GeV}</math>
<math>\mathrm{SHMS~}Q^2=1.200\mathrm{~(GeV/}c)^2</math>

6.6 GeV Results

<math>E_{\mathrm{beam}}=6.6\mathrm{~GeV}</math>
<math>\mathrm{HMS~}\theta_{e'}=10.766^{\circ}</math>

<math>\mathrm{HMS~}E'=6.026\mathrm{~GeV}</math>
<math>\mathrm{HMS~}Q^2=1.400\mathrm{~(GeV/}c)^2</math>

<math>\mathrm{SHMS~}\theta_{e'}=9.898^{\circ}</math>

<math>\mathrm{SHMS~}E'=6.108\mathrm{~GeV}</math>
<math>\mathrm{SHMS~}Q^2=1.200\mathrm{~(GeV/}c)^2</math>

Note: This is a best case scenario, where the minimum HMS angle is allowed to drop to <math>10.5^{\circ}</math>, instead of the <math>12.2^{\circ}</math> I've previously been using.
