Rates Game

Fine Tuning for Each x bin (HMS/SHMS Only)
→ Here, I've only looked at the HMS/SHMS since that's been most talked about as a likely detector. HRS/SOLID will follow for this coming week.
Results
→ Results from the rates game for all x except x=0.75 (I'm having some difficulties with the code that I don't entirely understand which is causing the rate to come out as zero at high x)
→ Below are the rates that have been maximized while keeping W>2 for HMS and SHMS
