1. The network switch in the LAD bunker is ready to use (hasn't gotten a chance to use it)
2. The CAEN1190 TDC module and the vmeDSC modules in the LAD crate are set up and seen by CODA

6. Jmirror removes data file too early for cosmic runs issue (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4324487): will use "touch" to keep the file live

1. Set up vmeDSC configuration file
2. GEM plan: one GEM has bad readout and wait for a new one shipped from Europe.
3. SHMS and HMS Gas Cherenkov run in mode 10 as standard (prepare two coda configurations: one mode 9, and one mode 10); Cherenkov need different thresholds
4. Modify hcana to decode the FADC configuration file
