HMS Online monitoring: To-do: add raster variables

                add coincidence variables
                Add scaling on y-axis for online guy, so that histos start at y = 0

We should minimize the amount of online monitoring histograms to those that we need for detector monitoring.

Howard brought up a discussion of whether or not we should enforce that the shit crew makes a written report to keep people awake, rather than have them look at the report files later on.
