Please fill up this check list before leaving Hall after target related work.

• Flows
  1. Cooling Jet Flow
  2. Oven Air Flow
• Laser Platform
  1. Laser Platform Enclosure is closed
  2. Laser Tip Fan is On (you should feel the vibration from outside)
  3. No Tools left on the plateform
• Target Chamber
  1. Target Chamber Enclosure is closed
  2. No Tools or magnetic item inside or near target coils
• Bring out your tools and personal belongings
• Interlock box
  1. All lights green
