Current Status

• SHMS: 26 degrees, magnet polarity reversed for positron study
• HMS: 26 degrees, magnet polarity reversed for positron study

Current Run Plan

• Controlled access during day shift to fix HMS Dipole
• Continue with positron study as soon as HMS dipole work is complete
• BCM calibration early next week?

Notices in Effect for Shift Crew

• "cermode10" should be OFF for SHMS, ON for HMS
• Pay attention to DAQ prescale settings
• Update EDTM setting to give ~25 Hz AFTER prescale (see table near DAQ computers)
• Use good electron fraction from 50k replay to estimate how many events will be needed to get required statistics
• For settings with long runs/low rates, can run full replay (run_full_hms.sh and run_full_shms.sh)

Current Issues

• SHMS paddle study outcome: will run with paddles 1-7 off in S1X and S2x
• Should make offline runlist including some analyzed quantities (efficiencies, number of electrons)
• SHMS PRLO will be removed from ELLO for 8 degree running
  • PRHI threshold will be reduced to current PRLO level
