  • KinC_x36_6
  • Spectrometer momentum and angles have been set for the kinematics. NPS angle is set to 7.5 deg instead of 7.4 (could only achieved SHMS angle to 23.8 deg https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4255364)
  • We will start with setting up the corrector coils (Test plan is added to the MCC shift plan: https://ace.jlab.org/apps/pd/shift-plans/38835)
  • Followed by lumi/background scans and potentially optics

Current Issues

• NPS crate #2 drops occasionally: Ben had a closer look at the runs with the issue. He thinks that it might be because npsvtp1 clustering was messed up, and this causes a problem for the FADC readout mask logic. Ben will check if a firmware update could help eliminating some of the problem.

Special Requests

• Guard house work from next Monday. Pay attention to the sign and follow the directions around there when coming to the accelerator site.
