Hall status

• DIS singles data for LH2, LD2, Dummy. Carbon data need to be taken before switching to the Positron data taking
• BCM calibrations:

• Completed second production data cycle (first one with 8uA on LD2)

• NPS crate temperatures:

  • Temperature readings around ~95F for crate #4
  • Escorted access: Confirmed AC working, Placed box fans for crate #2 and #4 (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4257294)
  • Asked facilities to set AC from 68F -> 65F
  • SHMS hut temperature sensor to be replaced on Wed during the access

  • Ben will add FPGA temperature readings to DAQ info

Accelerator status

• West arc box supplies dropped off at 7am, downtime for ~2.5h
• Maintenance + Beam study on Wednesday
  • Beam off at 7am
  • Maintenance till around noon
  • Beam study till 21:00pm
  • Beam to the halls, ~22:30pm
  • Scheduled can be shifted a bit if the maintenance work finished earlier

Current Issues

• NPS crate #2 drops occasionally
  • Not much reported recently, taking 30min runs (restarting a new run more often) seems helping
• NPS crate temperatures

Planned Access to the Hall

Controlled access. RadCon full survey starts around 9am.

• NPS: Julie, Josh, Aaron to look at the temperature read back issue (3 keys almost whole access?)
• Walk-thru at 1pm: Joe + 5 FIU students (6 keys)
• Heidi: checking Dipole, needs one hour
• Bill: SHMS hut temperature sensor replacement

• Guard house work till Friday. Pay attention to the sign and follow the directions around there when coming to the accelerator site.
