Notes

1. GEM tests are going on in the test lab, probably won't be moved to the hall until January; waiting for a bracket for GEM foil tension etc.
2. Bill and Hanjie are running fibers for TI and network switch from the SHMS hut to the LAD bunker
3. One LAD Panel is tested in the hall and installed: SHMS needs to be moved to a smaller angle because of the LAD panel holding bars too close to the SHMS; the holding bars won't be there once the installation is complete.
4. Need to run 3 LEMO cables between the SHMS hut and LAD bunker: two LAD triggers, EDTM; Bill will run 4 cables
5. One more panel would be moved to the hall next week
6. V1495 for LAD trigger is ready, 5 vmeDSC boards are ready
