  • Got good carbon hole. Need to move beam by 3mm in vertical. https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3598210
  • Check HMS/SHMS and ELREAL in trigger.
  • Setup the detector time windows

  • SHMS Aerogel calibrated https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3598334
  • Dave Meekins put in new encoder positions. https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3598541 . Rebooted target IOC. Check C-hole. New positions x = -1mm, y=0mm
  • Ion chamber calibration completed for LH2. Already done for 6% C.
  • Went to ep elastics at Q2 = 10 to get see coincidence trigger on scope. Could not see with initial kinmatics.
  • Did PID check out of the HMS at two different central momentum.
  • Around 3am when changing to setup for the optics studies, problems with HMS Q1 and Q3.
  • Decided to do the BPM/HARP calibration, unfortunately RC forgot to turn off the raster.
  • Around 6am access to work on HMS Q1 and Q3.

• Plans
  • Optics studies with the HMS and SHMS. Need 65uA. Pushing MCC to give 65uA since needed for experiment.
    • Started around 11pm. Need about 4.5 hours at 70 uA.
  • next Lumi scan or LH2 elastics?
