To look at the physics we want to, we'll need to keep $Q^2>1$. With Bosted's code matching well with previous data in this region, and using Pzz=30%, our best estimates come with a 6.6 GeV beam and the following kinematics (using SHMS dilution factor calculations, since that's where the vast majority of data comes from):

$$E_{\mathrm{beam}}=6.6\mathrm{~GeV}$$
$$\mathrm{HMS~}\theta_{e'}=12.382^{\circ}$$

$$\mathrm{HMS~}E'=5.862\mathrm{~GeV}$$ $$\mathrm{HMS~}Q^2=1.800\mathrm{~(GeV/}c)^2$$

$$\mathrm{SHMS~}\theta_{e'}=8.231^{\circ}$$

$$\mathrm{SHMS~}E'=6.252\mathrm{~GeV}$$ $$\mathrm{SHMS~}Q^2=0.850\mathrm{~(GeV/}c)^2$$
