Summary Monday 2/13 - 2/20

Monday

• HMS tripped due to current lead flow

Sunday

• several L2 temperature alarms
• Finished last cycle on He targets Sunday ~ 3 pm
• started taking data on 7Li
• Sunday, ~ 18:30 pm accelerator trouble; beam down for hours
• Sunday, ~ 22:30 trauble in hall: lost target control, BCM temp & raster alarms; Dave M. came in to investigate; 480 V breaker had tripped; seems also some beam line pumps down; started to warm up target

Current Status

• Hall is in restricted access
• target is cooling down; expected to have condensed targets by Tuesday afternoon
• reeastablished coincidence trigger for CAFE
• HMS spectrometer rotation being done right now; Solid "bunker" already relocated; moving HMS to 30 deg and then relocate solid detector
• earlier CAFE folks had a meeting to settle on their runplan.

Current Run Plan

• Once we get beam back, run two days for CAFE
• then start deuteron experiment

Issues/updates

• HMS NMR is loosing lock often (noticed by several crew)
• glitches on target T read back led to HPHtr dropping to zero (noticed by several crew)

Planned Accesses to the Hall

• Monday 8 am through Tuesday ~ 2pm for target change
  • RadCon and PD already have been informed by Nathaly
• parasitically to target change, work on Solid prototype test
• parasitically to target change, bring new HMS transfer line into hall (requires opening truck ramp)
