- The techs are helping the Regina group with the SHMS Heavy Gas Cerenkov
- Jessica and Boogie are adjusting the HMS controls
- Installing cabinets for the G0 cable relocation
- Walter is looking to move SHMS power supplies to are occupied by cables
- The high radiation area on the HMS was organized to allow access to the HMS dipole valves
- Mike Fowler
- The SHMS structure assembly is proceeding well.
- The structure assembly is estimated to be completed by Aug 29
- The start date for concrete work on the structure is September 3
- Joe Beaufait
- Finished sorting (G0) cables for first tray/rack.
- Conducted a walk through.
- Contact Joe to arrange a Hall C walk through for SAF112.
- Steve Lassiter
- Paulo is working on the Compton beamline design
- Bert is working on cooling schemes for the SHMS calorimeter
- Steve Furches is working on the GEM/Sieve slit design
- Dan is designing the TOF detector transport fixture
- Garry is working on platform infrastructure (cable routing etc.)
- Steve Lassiter visited SMI (Q1). They are putting more manpower on the job.
- Eric visited MSU (Horizontal Bender). Welding of the vessel is progressing.
- Best and Final Offers are being evaluated for the replacement coils for the Moller Polarimeter large quadrupoles.
