- The cleanup of the concrete dust residue starts Tuesday, using the Polydown compound.
- A jig to remove the SOS rail plates has been fabricated.
- The cutting of the SOS shield house will start January 7. This cutting should be able to be done in parallel to SHMS rail installation.
- The G0 rails have been removed
- Mike Fowler (as technical representative for SHMS rail and structure construction)
- The SHMS rail will be installed at a radius just beyond the radius of the innermost of the 3 HMS rails
- Bids for SHMS structure assembly are due December 18th.
- Hall survey to layout rail locations should happen soon.

- The HV, BNC and UHF connectors for the SHMS have arrived and have been inventoried
- Counting house renovations have started
- Waiting for more N2 gas to flush out more of the HMS signal cables that were flooded.

- Bert is working on SHMS Noble gas cerenkov design
- Paulo is working on the design of replacement coils for the large Moller quads. The copper for these coils has been ordered.
- SMI, the vendor building the SHMS Q1 magnet suffered a theft of steel lamination plates. Could affect Q1 delivery date?
- Dan is working on suppports for the flexible cryogenic line for the SHMS (Anaconda).
- Gary, Eric and Steve L. are working conductor tests and FEA studies for the Q2/Q3/D magnets.
- Bert Manzlak
- The General Radiation Work permit for 2013 is posted
- There was a back injury requiring first aid treatment in Physics division.
