- Timesheets need to be completed this Friday for 12 GeV accounting reasons
- Benefits open elrollment ends wednesday
- A number of national labs, including JLab, are moving to a new common video conferencing system that will replace readytalk. Not of lot of details are available, but the new system is BlueJeans.
- The maximum accelerator energy for 2015 is likely to be limited to 10 GeV.

- A station to cut lead glass and Aerogel has been completed
- Several HKS detectors have been moved from the EEL Mezzanine to the ESB building where they have been located near other HKS components.
- Working on drilling wall plates to mount the new Jib crane. (This crane is for accessing the back end of the SHMS, e.g. calorimeter)
- Waiting for parts in order to finish gas shed work.

- The forms have been stripped from the SHMS shield house roof beams
- The concrete vendor is working on the lift plan to do the test fit of the roof beams
- The shield house barn door (between detector and electronics bunkers) has been installed
- The SHMS decking is nearing completion. The power supplies will be moved to the deck on Wednesday.
