- Walter Kellner
- The floor of the SOS shield house was cut up and removed.
- The SOS bogies were removed
- The SOS pivot was removed. The SOS base frame is supported on posts.
- Lockwood Brothers is on site and preparing for the SOS base frame removal
- The Hall C crane is down for repairs. A crane is being rented to support the base frame removal
- Working on getting the C-can (G0 cryo supply) removed this week.

- The SHMS rail installation is near completion
- Cleanup and painting of the rails and rail bases in progress
- The contract for SHMS structure assembly will be awarded soon

- Hoffman ductwork on the HMS has been done to the junction box
- The G0 water cooled power leads were located for use with the Moller or SHMS power supply tests. They may be recoated with rubber.
- Halfway done disconnecting cables at the G0 patch panel (Panel needs to be moved for SHMS clearance)
- Continuing to air flush flood damaged HMS cables
- Continues to offer Hall C walkthrough training. 4 people trained last week
- Paul Brindza
- Noble Gas Cerenkov and Vacuum pipe design
- Moller quad coil design continues
- Modelling work on SHMS Dipole coil design
- SHMS cryo equipment arriving
- Surveyors going to Craft to fiducialize magnet yokes
- SMI (Oxford) has started stacking yoke steel
- Sigma Phi is redesigning tooling to support vacuum impregnation of coils

- Reminder to keep training up to date and remove skills not needed from EJTA
