    • A prebid meeting will be held Monday as part of the process to rebid the assembly of the SHMS structure.

    • Received drawings from Dan Young for 12 GeV cryo work. Anaconda mods, B-can to C-can mods
    • Moved cables for Joe
    • Cleaning the floor
    • asked about the centralization of parts and leftovers pieces, suggests that itemization of every part in the shop will be an overburden

    • G0 cables disconnected from patch panel
    • He and Mike are defining new location for patch panel
    • Asked for permission to spend ~$1500 on receptacles for racks (replacing flood damage)

      • Sieve slit and vacuum spools between HB-Q1
      • Moller Quad and Compton
      • HMS Cable Ducts and Patch Panel layout
      • Shield House door opener – mechanical design and drawings
    • SHMS
      • Q1 magnet yoke stacking at SMI- Stacking fixture rework to add more hydraulic pressure to compensate for flatness of laminations.
      • SHMS Shutter assembly and test
      • Dipole- 30 meters of conductor processed last week, wound into 10 + turn coil to tests tooling on reworked conductor. Found tooling clearances are hard on fiber glass insulation.
      • Shield House plastic on order finally- new vendor in Michigan. Good samples
      • Rebid of steel structure underway- prebid meeting tomorrow.
  • Narbe Kalantarians
    • Close to finishing one chamber, by early April
      • answer to Joe: no significant cables made for it yet
      • answer to Dave: will ask the relevant contact what the milestone is for the Lehman review
  • Hamlet Mkrytchyan
    • Shower counter paper ready, addressed all referees' questions
    • Would like to thank Brad for setting up a DAQ in the "clean" room, which is ready to use
    • Will start aerogel tests in 1-2 months
    • Will soon receive diffusion box from CU

    • First qweak paper draft circulated to a restrictive bunch
      • collaboration-wide circulation next week
      • no consensus yet where to publish it
  • Charles Hightower (Safety)
    • A local DOE inspector found that Toyota forklift does not have a working beeper for backwards driving
      • Steve asked Walter to fix it through proper channels
