- Some techs are updating their welding certifications
- Investigated cleaning SC power leads. Having SRF do it is best to meet industrial hygiene requirements.

- HV cables need to be disconnected
- HVAC work is going on in the counting house. Roger asks that we check if area under computer floor is sealed from outside while the HV units are out.

- Design:
- Bert: SHMS sieve slit and snout layouts
- Paulo: Moller drawings and specification completed, awaiting signatures. Compton beamline working on details for the newer widths.
- Gary: SHMS Swing Doors drive mechanism details, nearly completed, awaiting comments and checks.
- Dan: SHMS Barn Door drive mechanism and structure attachment drawings.
- Steve F: SHMS Shutter hardware assembled. Cherenkov holding tank frame assembly ,ready for checking.
- Mike: Vendor meetings for SHMS carriage assembly.
- SHMS:
- Q1 magnet: Yoke stacking is continuing at SMI. JLAB procured TIG welding wire with Ferrite Number not greater than 5 for sub-contractor.
- HB magnet : Finished machining of the two side plates completed. QA audit planned for March 27/28 by Eric, Bruce and Howard.
- SHMS DC Power Supplies: Factor Acceptance Test under way at Danfysik.
- Dipole: prototype coils fabricated. Samples of pressed VPI conductor held up in customs, FedEx is working on this. ***Auto stamping press has been awarded.
- Vendor meeting for SHMS support structure today.
