- Finished welding the Anaconda. Leak checking and LN2 heat leak checking in progress.
- Developing an OSP so that the SHMS Utubes and transfer line can be tested. A test with 5ATM helium is planned.

- The wall of the shield house next to the beamline was poured.
- Pouring boron loaded concrete will be done next
- A pre-bid meeting was held today for vendors interested in doing the installation of the SHMS utility deck
- Joe Beaufait
- 100 more cables were loaded into the cable tray (G0 Cable move)
- The counting room console has not been painted yet
- The SHMS power supplies that are not being stored in the hall could survive flooding up to 20". When installed, the supplies will be on the SHMS deck
- Mike Fowler for Engineering
- Paulo is working on the Compton polarimeter. Drawings have been passed to an engineer for review
- Bert Metzger is working on installation drawings for the lead walls in the shield huts
- Dan is working on LAD support design
- Steve Furches: target design work for Silviu
- Gary is assisting with SOTR work for the concrete contract
- Eric is preparing for the dipole finite element analysis review
- Steve Lassiter is working on controls, and the Q1 and HB contracts

- Preliminary results from the fringe field analysis confirm that without mitigation, the fringe fields will bend the beam too much for SHMS angles up to 10 degrees.
- Jay Benesch
- Discussed the schedule for startup of the accelerator. The OPS schedule shows cryo finishing on November 19 and 5 MeV beam starting on November 16.
