- Accessing the CMSA (Central Materials Storage Area/Boneyard) continues to be inconvenient.
- Reported that facilities wants to put Hall equipment under their control and require it to be checked out to be used.
- SHMS cables for magnet controls arrived.
- Removal of the raised floor continues
- The crane to remove the SOS dipole will come on site next week.
- Joe Beaufait
- HV, signal and RF connectors order for SHMS cables
- A number of flood damaged items have been put on palets awaiting checking by RadCon
- N2 to blow out flooded cables has been requested
- Danfizik power supplies (Big Quad, compton dipoles) will be tested.
- Paul Brindza
- The SHMS magnet iron as arrived from China and is going to Kraft for final machining.
- SHMS shield house design is almost done.
- Some design work done for the EMC (Tel Aviv/ODU) was done
- Site visit Friday for vendors competing for SHMS rail installation
Someone asked if the first 12 GeV experiments will use the Nobel Gas Cerenkov detector.
