- SHMS Shield House concrete forming is progressing well
- Contractor is working towards pouring the walls to half height this Friday
- Joe Beaufait
- Reviewed and approved the Hall D solenoid power supply SOP and helped work out out a clean power grinding issue.
- Reviewed the new Consolidated Hall Walk Through Procedure
- Developing the Hall C walk through map, but waiting for a hall map from the designers so that he can input the relevant items into the presentation.
- New accelerator electricians have been informed of the upcoming electrical work
- Counting house power is on and the lock that was put on by a Harris employee has been transferred to Jlab.
- The control room laminate is on and the painting of the control panel is still awaiting completion
- Has a scheduled walk thru with Henry Robertson on Tuesday to go over the changes in the PSS system and movement of the cabling on the south wall
- Steve Lassiter
- Gary is working on SOTR for the concrete pouring of the SHMS Shield hut and laying out the remaining cryogenic plumbing
- Paulo is working with the Moller and Compton, upstream Beamline
- Bert is working with SHMS Angle Scales, Q1 FEA Model jobs, SHMS Magnet bellows, beam line and Sieve
- Dan is working on detail drawings for the SHMS shield wall
- Mike is working on the SHMS installation, concrete pouring of the SHMS Detector walls
- Eric is working on HB contract and FEA for the SHMS dipole
- Steve is work on the Q1 contract, HMS cryogenoc valve work, RRR measurements for the SHMS Conductor, Tosca models
- Paul is working on the SHMS Cosine theta Quads FDR meeting at Sigma Phi in France. SHMS Dipole conductor oversight at Sigma Phi.
