Hall C Weekly Meeting - September 23, 2013

• Mike Fowler
  • The contractor doing the concrete shield house is receiving rebar today.
  • They are planning to pour the shield house floor on Friday
  • Mike will be out the rest of the week. Gar Vetelana will be SOTR, assisted by Bert Metzger.
• Joe Beaufait
  • Working with Paul Powers to get electric contractors to restore power to the counting house
  • Met with Gary V and agreed on basic design parameters for the SHMS pivot flexible tray.
  • Requested a quote for a flexible tray to use at the pivot. Qweak tray is too small.
  • Parts for the Spectra Panel AC power panel are tricking in.
  • Contacted Telecom to restore phones in the counting house
• Walter Kellner
  • Andy and Bert are picking up the SHMS shielding panels (lead?)
  • Boogie and Matt are working on the Anaconda
  • There is some more work coming up in Blue Crab to disassemble the clean room.
  • Discussed if SHMS power supplies can be moved into hall.
