Current Status

  • Q2=3.85, W=3.07, x=0.31, low epsilon, HMS angle=35.12 deg, HMS momentum = -1.332 GeV/c, SHMS angle= 8.39deg, SHMS momentum=-6.538 GeV/c;
  • Summary of data and plans forward
  • At end of Sat owl had around 2500 pions for the present setting.
  • Will switch to SHMS angle= 6.39deg at 1pm this Saturday. Steve Lassiter has been notified
  • Checked SHMS angle GUI/Camera: 8.400/8.385 . Steve will update GUI to match Camera before the move.

Current Run Plan

  • Day :
    • Until 1pm run Q2=3.85, W=3.07, x=0.31, low epsilon, HMS angle=35.12 deg, HMS momentum = -1.332 GeV/c, SHMS angle= 8.39deg, SHMS momentum=-6.538 GeV/c;
    • Rotate SHMS to 6.39 deg
    • LD2 Q2=3.85, W=3.07, x=0.31, low epsilon, HMS angle=35.12 deg, HMS momentum = -1.332 GeV/c, SHMS angle= 6.39deg, SHMS momentum=-6.538 GeV/c;
    • Need a FADCmode 10 run
    • Need daily one hour trigger 3/4 runs.
  • Swing
    • LD2 Q2=3.85, W=3.07, x=0.31, low epsilon, HMS angle=35.12 deg, HMS momentum = -1.332 GeV/c, SHMS angle= 6.39deg, SHMS momentum=-6.538 GeV/c;
  • Owl
    • LD2 Q2=3.85, W=3.07, x=0.31, low epsilon, HMS angle=35.12 deg, HMS momentum = -1.332 GeV/c, SHMS angle= 6.39deg, SHMS momentum=-6.538 GeV/c;


Notices in Effect for Shift Crew

  • The Raster Coil pair Ax and Ay are off. Raster needs to be at 4x4.
  • Reduced the SHMS dipole LHE Lo alarm to 50 and LOLO alarm to 45.
  • With LHe alarms it is good to check the cameras for plumes.
  • With LNitrogen alarms are not that critical. Just need to start monitoring the problem with plot and halog.

  • The Raster Coil pair Ax and Ay are off
  • Elevator is not working
