To do list in preparation for running

• General

• • Issue with Hall C arc-string power supply discovered during hot checkout - testing with dummy-load today and tonight

• • NO lockup for hot checkout tonight

• • Target training right now

• • Shift "show and tell" at 1 pm Friday - featuring Brad S. and Mike F.

• • Hall lockup at 5:30 pm tonight for hot checkout

• • Hall lockup scheduled for Friday 4pm

• • target cool down (helium) Friday

• • Condense hydrogen in target on Monday

• • Beam over the weekend looking less likely - all shifts until Sunday DAY shift are "on call" (don't come unless notified)

• Beamline

• • Fast raster ready (FSD issue resolved)

• • One BCM cavity on blue platform can't be tuned (ok - we have 2 more on that platform + BCM1/BCM2)

• DAQ and Trigger

• • Emphasis on coincidence trigger/analysis for now

• • Single arm 3/4 trigger ready - still some work to do on PID trigger (ELREAL, ELCLEAN, etc.)

• SHMS - general

• • Shutter work nearing completion

• • Shielding work in hut ongoing

• HMS - general

• • HMS rotated to ~70 degrees last night, 13.5 degrees today
