Table of 12 GeV Beam Energy Measurements

- The MCC Hall C energy measurement tool was updated on May 16th 2019 to fix a problem that caused it to give the wrong beam energy. See elog. The logbook links, before May 16th 2019, will show the results of beam energy when there was a problem in the code. The correct beam energies in the table are and they were calculated using a separate code using the dipole string current listed in table.
- Synchrotron radiation is calculated for the full 34.3 deg bend of the Hall C dipole arc.
- June 20th 2019 , beam energy measurement the arcdipole magnets were only cycled to 270 amps. Normal cycle is to 494 amps. Elog entry summarizes the work
to get the power supplies to cycle to 494 amps. Elog entry by Jay about the cycling to 400 amps.
