In this report, we present the measured reflectivity curve for the aluminized HGC mirror by ECI. A new permanent facility was developed at Jefferson Lab for the
mirror reflectivity measurement and is described in this report. We conclude: the ECI aluminization quality meets our performance specification; the reflectivity facility is capable of measuring the reflectivity of large size optics between 200-400 nm wavelength.
