Set discriminator thresholds (currently set manually, -60 mV default).
Set delays for scintillator planes (S1, S2, S1X, S1Y, S2X, S2Y). Delays should be chosen so that S2, S2X, and S2Y always arrive slightly later then S1, S1X, and S1Y. This way, the back plane of scintillators will always determine the trigger time, even if there is a large variation of particle velocities in the spectrometer. S1 can be set to determine the timing, but this requires a large delay on the front planes, and takes away from the amount of delay available for timing in coincidences.
