HKS aerogel & water Cerenkov

The SOS already employed an aerogel detector. The new detector, however, will be segmented and consist of three layers. This will require new software development. The SOS employed a Lucite detector. The software for the water Cerenkov should be very similar except for the fact that now two layers will be employed. The software for both types of Cerenkov detectors will be provided by the groups that built them.
