The following two figures show fast raster y as a function of Em for run
48870 at 2GeV. <br>
Fig. 1 depicts the fast raster with the current fr calibration in the
engine, which clearly shows a fast raster correlation. <br>
Fig. 2 shows the same quantities after multiplying the fast raster by a
factor of 1.2 based on the discussion in hclog #88144 - note that the
apparent kinematic correlation observed in Fig 1 has disappeared.
