ELREAL, PIPRE, and SCIN are all in time to ~ 1 ns, but the ELCLEAN signal comes about 9 ns later. Apparently, this enough to give us trouble with the 2x and 2y tdc's.
More disturbing is that we are so close to the edge for our nominal
triggers - it would be nice to get a little more wiggle room.
