~16:35 moved to small hole target. Radiator temp quickly began to rise
from 100k to over 150k indicating the beam was hitting the frame.
During attempts to recenter the beam (at 10uA) there was a sudden drop of
heater power to zero in synch with sudden rise in ion chambers ....
indicating that the beam hit a flange on the target again! We got the
beam turned off ASAP.
