After the optics tune I was able to work with Ops to find steering with
good halo and lumi and G0B at (0,0). 4 wire asymmetry is marginal at
500 ppm on all hall C BPMs. Beam scraping monitor shows 500 nA, most of
it from hall C (60 nA with hall A/B beam). The problem is therefore
upstream of BPM 3C07A.
